Rocky Ridge is a music school for junior high, high school, and college students, offering attendees group chamber/orchestral music, private lessons, and music theory for all types of instrumentalists. It is located about 10 miles south of Estes Park, on highway 7, at the Longs Peak campground exit - see map. Rocky Ridge was founded by Beth Miller Harrod in 1947, who purchased the Historic Lodge and surrounding cabins that once served as the base accommodations for Longs Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park (Hewes Kirkwood Inn, a recorded historic building).

Chamberre meets in the Rocky Ridge facilities immediately after the last music school ends, and is traditionally the last event of the season.

The facilities at Rocky Ridge are shown on the attached map, and consist of a series of individual cabins (some with bathrooms) as well as the Lodge and Dining Hall. Separate bathrooms have modern toilets and showers. Each cabin accommodates from two up to six people, with beds (no bedding) provided. All cabins have electricity and space heaters. Buffet style meals are provided at communal meal times in the Dining Hall. Additionally, the Dining Hall is used for performances, and can accommodate a chamber orchestra, and some 100 seated audience.
